Welcome! I'm Esha, the baker behind Bakes by Esh. We're so glad you're here. We are a home based bakery business located in North York, Ontario. We strive to provide the highest quality custom made baked treats. We can't wait to serve you!
My Story
I am an upcoming medical school graduate with a year off before starting my career as a physician. Similar to medicine, baking is scientific, comprehensive and challenging. I found my love for hands on work in both domains and regularly wear both my doctor and baker hat when approaching and solving problems.
Growing up I was constantly surrounded by the sounds of pots, pans, sizzles and bubbles of a busy kitchen. My mother ran a catering business from our home, cooking for friends, family, parties and events. The aromas and warmth of the kitchen soon became familiar and comforting to me as I found my passion for baking.
I'm so happy to finally be able to share my passion with others and provide high quality custom bakes!
